1. Where are my cigarettes?
There's no way for us to know exactly when your shipment will arrive since your order is delivered via regular mail. However, you can see the estimated arrival date by logging in to the members only area. Click here to review your order. The estimated arrival date is posted with each order you place with us. If it's been 10 mailing days past our latest estimate, please email us!
2. I ordered 4 cartons, but only 3 arrived today. Where is the rest of my order?
Remember, to comply with international shipping standards, we cannot ship more than 3 cartons together at one time. All cartons are shipped on the same day, but they don't always reach you at the same time due to inefficiencies in the postal system.
3. It's past the estimated date for the arrival of my order. What's going on?
Remember that your order first goes into the Swiss Postal system; it is then mailed to a bonded warehouse in your country; and then, once customs authorities finally release the order, it enters into your Postal system. Unfortunately, this just takes some time. Trust us, if we could get your smokes to you faster, we would.
4. I got a recurring order of cigarettes, but now I don't want it. Can I return the order?
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped it cannot be returned for a refund. You can, of course, cancel your recurring order at any time by logging into the members area by clicking here.
5. How do I know I can trust you with my information?
We know that you may have concerns about the safety of your credit card and personal details when ordering through the Internet. That's why we're a secured site and use 128 bit RSA encryption (the same as Amazon.com, Starbucks, Bank of America, etc.) In addition, we are required by law to treat all personal information according to the Swiss Data Protection Act, Article 12, Paragraph 3. This requires that under all circumstances, consumer data CANNOT BE DISCLOSED to any entity, individual, corporation, foreign government or foreign government authority regardless of claim. In short, we go to the greatest lengths humanly possible to keep your information both secure, and private.
