Are these cigarettes the same as the ones I get from my corner store?
If you live in the US, as long as you order American blend cigarettes, the answer is yes! We only sell cigarettes made with genuine, 100% American or European blend tobacco that are less than 90 days old. Our cigarettes taste exactly the same as the ones you would buy at your local store (or fresher), but they are delivered right to your door and at a fraction of the price. The ONLY differences between our cigarettes and the ones you get from your corner store is the packaging (click on the product picture to read what they say), no tax stamp and the absence of Miles (for Marlboros). Our American blend cigarettes use American-grown tobacco (from Virginia and the Carolinas) that is rolled into cigarettes in the US, and then exported to Europe for final packaging.

BEWARE OF ULTRA-LOW COST SITES that sell counterfeit or third world-grown tobacco. Their products taste dramatically different (in a bad way) because they use inferior tobacco, contain some very strange ingredients (sawdust for example) and may be over a year old!

What are the shipping costs?
All cigarettes are delivered via priority shipping (7-15 mailing days). Shipping is $15.00 for up to 3 cartons of US packaged cigarettes regardless of where you live. To minimize the shipping costs, simply order US packaged products in multiples of 3s.

Why didn't all the cartons I ordered arrive on the same day?
We ship your entire order on the same day, but they may not reach you at the same time because of inherent inefficiencies of the international postal system. Remember, we are required to ship no more than 3 cartons together to comply with international shipping standards. However, if it's been 10 business days past our worst case scenario estimate, please email us!

What are recurring orders?
Recurring orders allow you to set up automatic delivery of cigarettes at whatever interval you specify. The key things to remember are:

• When you signup for recurring orders, you get $2 off every carton.
• You can cancel at any time by logging into the Members page.
• Your credit card will not be billed until the recurring order is shipped.
• Your recurring order is shipped based on the date you first placed the recurring order. For example, if you initially set up a recurring order on April 5th and asked for the same order to be sent every two weeks, your credit card would be billed on April 19th, the date we ship the order.
• If a recurring order is shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund.

We know that you may have concerns about the safety of your credit card and personal details when ordering through the Internet. That's why we're a secured site and use 128 bit RSA encryption (the same as Amazon.com, Starbucks, Bank of America, etc.)

We are required by law to treat all personal information according to the Swiss Data Protection Act, Article 12, Paragraph 3.
